Eight Indian-Backed Terrorists Killed in Intelligence-Based Operation in Kalat

Security forces targeted a terrorist hideout, leading to an intense gun battle between the troops and the militants.

Kalat: Security forces on December 24 conducted a successful intelligence-based operation (IBO) in Kalat, killing eight Indian-backed terrorists after a fierce exchange of fire.

In a statement, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said the operation was launched following credible intelligence regarding the presence of terrorists in the area. Security forces targeted a terrorist hideout, leading to an intense gun battle between the troops and the militants.

The ISPR added that a large cache of weapons and explosive materials was recovered from the killed terrorists, indicating their involvement in planned acts of violence. The militants were reportedly linked to multiple terrorist activities in the region and posed a serious threat to peace and security.
