Speeding Dumper in Taxila Crushes Rickshaw, Two Dead and Three Fighting for Life

Taxila – (Web Desk) – A horrific dumper accident Taxila has claimed two lives after a speeding dumper truck crushed a rickshaw on HMC Road. Police rushed to the scene and shifted the bodies along with three injured persons to District Headquarters Hospital Taxila.

The victims were travelling by rickshaw when the out-of-control dumper ran over them. All three injured are currently receiving treatment at DHQ Hospital Taxila.

This is not the first such tragedy on Taxila roads. Back in February 2026, a dumper truck rammed into a motorcycle on Jung Bahter Road near Brahma Interchange. Three young girls and their mother lost their lives in that crash. One other person was also injured in that incident.

Residents of the area are demanding strict action against reckless heavy vehicle drivers. They say overspeeding dumpers have turned local roads into danger zones.
