DPM Dar Holds Phone Talks with Saudi FM on Regional Developments

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s Finance Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation with Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan to discuss the current regional situation, focusing on Gaza and Palestine.

According to a statement issued by the Foreign Office spokesperson, both leaders reviewed recent developments in Gaza and the broader region. They reaffirmed their joint commitment to regional peace and stability and agreed to maintain close coordination on matters of mutual interest.

The conversation follows a similar call between the two foreign ministers last week, during which Faisal bin Farhan appreciated Pakistan’s commitment to peace and security in the region and emphasized the importance of joint efforts for stability.

Ishaq Dar expressed gratitude for Saudi Arabia’s continued support for Pakistan and reiterated Pakistan’s resolve to work closely with Saudi Arabia to strengthen cooperation on regional and international issues.
