Diplomatic Coin Pakistan China Marks 75 Years of Friendship

State Bank of Pakistan – (Web Desk) – The diplomatic coin Pakistan China commemorates 75 years of strong relations between the two countries, as announced by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP). The federal government has approved the issuance of a special Rs75 coin to celebrate this historic milestone in 2026.

The commemorative coin will be available to the public from May 25. It can be obtained through exchange counters at the field offices of the SBP Banking Services Corporation across Pakistan.

Pakistan and China established diplomatic ties on May 21, 1951, and have since built a long-standing partnership based on trust, cooperation, and mutual support.

The coin is made of copper-nickel, containing 75% copper and 25% nickel. It has a diameter of 36mm, weighs 19 grams, and features serrated edges for design detail and security.

On the front side, the coin displays a crescent moon and star along with Urdu inscriptions. The year 2026, the value “75,” and “RUPIA” are also included with wheat sprigs symbolizing prosperity.

The reverse side highlights the flags of Pakistan and China with the number “75” in the center. It also features the years 1951 and 2026, representing the 75-year diplomatic journey.

The inscriptions emphasize themes of trust, friendship, and cooperation in Urdu, English, and Chinese, reflecting the deep relationship between the two nations.
