Cement Prices Remain Stable Across Pakistan at Start of February 2026

Pakistan’s cement prices remain steady as February begins 2026

Karachi: (Web Desk) – Cement prices in Pakistan have remained largely stable at the beginning of February, with no major changes reported so far.

According to a private news channel, during the first week of February 2026, overall cement rates across the country showed stability, though minor variations were noted in some regions.

Dealers and market sources reported that the average retail price of a 50-kilogram bag of ordinary Portland cement currently ranges between PKR 1,380 and PKR 1,450, depending on the area and supply conditions.

Market sources noted that since late January, prices have not seen significant changes, although a slight increase was observed in northern parts of the country at the start of this month.

In southern Sindh, especially in Karachi and surrounding areas, cement prices have remained competitive due to better supply and shorter transportation distances.

Builders and contractors say that the current rates are suitable for starting construction projects, and the stable cement prices are seen as a positive sign for Pakistan’s economy.
