The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has officially announced the commencement of an open auction for commercial plots in the city.
The auction will be held at the Gandhara Citizen Club within F-9 Park and will continue until October 3rd.
Participants can bid on a variety of commercial plots available for investment, including options from areas like the Blue Area. The auction includes plots designated for motels, apartments, and Class Three shopping centers.
To facilitate a smooth auction process, a committee led by the Member Finance is overseeing the proceedings. Investors are encouraged to take part, as this represents a significant investment opportunity in Islamabad’s expanding commercial sector.
