ATC Declares KP Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur a Proclaimed Offender
The court issued arrest warrants for the absconding accused and sought arguments on the pending petitions.
Islamabad: The Anti-Terrorism Court in Islamabad has declared Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur a proclaimed offender in connection with a case related to protests over the disqualification of PTI founder Imran Khan.
During the hearing of the case, the court also declared PTI leaders Umar Tanveer Butt and Aamir Kiani as proclaimed offenders. Additionally, the court initiated proceedings to declare PTI leader Faisal Javed as a proclaimed offender, following a request to drop terrorism charges against him.
The court issued arrest warrants for the absconding accused and sought arguments on the pending petitions. The hearing of the case was adjourned until January 15.

The case against the accused was filed in 2022 at the I-9 police station, with charges related to terrorism and inciting violence during the protests.
