Anwar ul Haq Committed to Transparency and Merit-Based Appointments

Muzaffarabad-(Staff Reporter)_Prime Minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Chaudhry Anwar Haq, announced that the federal government has approved mega projects worth over 19 billion, including the Rathoa Hariyam Bridge and Out of School Children Program. He expressed gratitude to the federal government for this significant development.

The PM assured that his government is committed to transparency and merit-based appointments, stating that the Public Service Commission and NTS have been made active. He emphasized that only deserving individuals will receive assistance under the Social Protection Endowment Fund after a transparent scrutiny.

Chaudhry Anwar Haq also highlighted the unique facilities available in Azad Kashmir, which are not present in the four provinces of Pakistan. He reiterated his support for the idea of Pakistan’s accession and vowed to stick to it.

Government Minister Chaudhry Azhar Sadiq thanked the Prime Minister of Pakistan and AJK PM for approving 10 billion for the Rathoa Hariyam Bridge, calling it a mega project that will provide the best facilities to the people. Diwan Ali Khan Chaghtai, another government minister, praised the approval of the Out of School Children Program, saying it will improve education in the region.

The AJK PM concluded by emphasizing the importance of saving oneself and future generations from intellectual chaos and societal pollution. He hailed the Bright Pakistan Movement as a guarantee of freedom and prosperity.

Addressed the AJK Legislative Assembly, PM emphasizing that the government aims to ensure fair distribution of public resources. He clarified that the government is not taking away jobs from anyone, but rather, everyone must be justified in receiving benefits from public tax money.

PM Chaudhry Anwar Haq assured that the distribution of zakat will strictly adhere to Shariah principles. He also announced that the government has initiated a reform process in institutions, which will continue to improve the system.

The Prime Minister reiterated the government’s duty to ensure that zakat reaches the rightful recipients, emphasizing transparency and accountability in the distribution process.
