Aleema Khan Adiala Jail Demands: PTI Links KP Funds to Imran’s Rights
Aleema Khan Adiala Jail Demands Include Medical Care and Family Access for Imran Khan
PTI leader Aleema Khan on Tuesday raised Aleema Khan Adiala Jail demands outside the Factory Check Post. She called for immediate restoration of meetings and proper medical care for jailed PTI founder Imran Khan.
She said the KP government had set two clear conditions. First, the federal government must release Rs300 billion owed to the province before KP transfers Rs175 billion to the centre.
The second condition was about Imran Khan’s health. She demanded his treatment be conducted in the presence of family members and his personal doctors.
Aleema Khan also demanded an end to his alleged solitary confinement. She said meetings must resume as per existing court orders.
She asked for Imran Khan to be given access to books and allowed contact with his children. She insisted all assurances must be provided in writing with a guarantor.
She warned that PTI supporters would unite again if these demands were ignored.
Aleema Khan alleged that Imran Khan’s government was removed on foreign orders. She said over 200 cases were filed against him, all politically motivated.
She added that after his arrest, he was offered a chance to leave Pakistan but refused.
She criticised judges who convicted him, saying they faced no action even after verdicts were overturned.
Aleema Khan said a full bench court order allowed 18 people to meet him, but authorities were ignoring it. She blamed the interior ministry, not jail officials, for blocking access.
She also confirmed that meetings with Bushra Bibi’s family had been stopped.
We absolutely do not accept this, she said.
