Lahore: The selection of the new Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will take place in a special meeting of the PCB Governing Board tomorrow.
The special meeting of the PCB Governing Board will be held at 2 p.m. at the National Cricket Academy, during which the Chairman of the PCB will be elected. Punjab’s Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi is a strong candidate for the position of the new PCB Chairman.
The special meeting of the PCB Governing Board has been requested by Election Commissioner Shah Khawar. Alongside the representatives of the patrons, Mohsin Naqvi and Mustafa Ramday, representatives from Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Dera Murad Jamali, Larkana, Bahawalpur, Sui Northern Gas, Ghani Glass, State Bank, and PTV Governing Board will be part of the meeting.

In the meeting, the Secretary of Inter-Provincial Coordination or another representative from the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination will also participate as a non-voting member.
Mohsin Naqvi is the strongest candidate for the position of Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board, as he is currently fulfilling the responsibilities of Punjab’s Caretaker Chief Minister with utmost dedication.
