Swat:- Qatar Charity provides large number of relief goods among the floods effectees in Swat. Due to recent devastating floods the people are facing serious problems needing immediate assistance. Qatar Charity came to the field after seeing difficulties of flood victims of Bahrain, Kalam Madyan and other areas of Swat. More than 6000 families under the flood response project received dry food packs, tents and NFI in Swat.
Qatar Charity continues to help flood-affected families, not only in Swat, but also in Charsadda, Nowshera and Dera Ismail Khan, distributing food package tents and NFIs. The food and NFIs provided by the organization to the flood victims include wheat flour, rice, ghee, pulses, dates, sugar, salt, tea, tents and hygiene kits. Talking with media men during the relief goods distribution ceremony in Bahrain, Sajjad Khan, Field Coordinator of Qatar Charity Peshawar has said that aid is being provided to flood-affected families in Swat and other districts. Qatar Charity will not leave the flood victims in lurch and the organization will help flood victims in whatever way possible. On this occasion, the residents of the area and the district administration have appreciated this good initiative of Qatar Charity.
