ISLAMABAD: (Finance Reporter) – The government has announced a reduction in the prices of petrol and high-speed diesel, providing some relief to consumers.
According to a notification issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA), the price of diesel has been reduced by Rs7.76 per litre, while petrol has become cheaper by Rs3.40 per litre.
Following the reduction, the new price of high-speed diesel has been fixed at Rs395.20 per litre, while petrol will now cost Rs374.51 per litre.
The notification stated that the revised prices would take effect from November 3.
