18 Terrorists Killed in Separate Security Operations Across KP, Balochistan

Clearance and search operations are continuing in the affected areas to locate and eliminate any remaining militants.

RAWALPINDI: (Special Reporter) – At least 18 terrorists of Fitna al-Khawarij and Fitna al-Hindustan were killed in separate security operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, security forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in North Waziristan under the Azm-e-Istehkam vision, killing 13 terrorists, the sources said.

According to security sources, the operation was launched after continuous surveillance of militant movements in North Waziristan and surrounding areas. Terrorist hideouts were targeted during the operation.

Meanwhile, five terrorists were killed during a security operation against Fitna al-Hindustan in the Siyapast and Killi Gashtari areas of Mastung, Balochistan, under Operation Radd-ul-Fitna 3, the sources said.

A large quantity of weapons and ammunition was recovered from the militants killed during the operation, according to security sources.

Clearance and search operations are continuing in the affected areas to locate and eliminate any remaining militants.

Security forces have reiterated their commitment to combating terrorism and maintaining peace and stability in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

The latest operations follow a September 18 incident in which security forces reportedly killed 17 terrorists in separate intelligence-based operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan.

DG ISPR Accuses India of Another False Flag Operation

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations, six security personnel were martyred on September 17 when an improvised explosive device detonated during an operation.

The military’s media wing said 10 terrorists were killed in separate operations in North Waziristan and Hangu. ISPR identified the militants as members of the Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan-linked group referred to by authorities as Fitna al-Khawarij and alleged that they were operating with Indian support.

ISPR also said a large quantity of weapons and ammunition was recovered from the militants, while clearance operations were continuing in the areas.
