Motorway police install QR code stickers on passenger vehicles for complaints

ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) The Motorway Police have introduced QR code stickers on passenger vehicles to make it easier for travelers to report complaints and traffic violations .

Passengers can scan the QR code to submit an immediate complaint against a driver for issues including overloading, overcharging and dangerous driving.

The new system is also designed to help passengers report unsafe driving, inappropriate behavior and other violations of traffic rules more conveniently.

QR code stickers have also been placed at passenger vehicle terminals and bases, giving travelers another accessible way to lodge complaints against drivers.

The initiative is expected to provide passengers with a faster and more convenient mechanism for reporting violations and improving safety on the roads.
