ISLAMABAD: (Showbiz Desk) – Pakistani pop singer Aima Baig has expressed her heartfelt appreciation to fans and well-wishers after receiving an unexpected outpouring of love and concern following a painful facial injury.

The singer recently shared on Instagram that she was feeling unwell and had also suffered an injury to her face. In a close-up photo taken inside a car, Aima showed a bruise near her eye and explained that she had accidentally walked into a glass door.

The unfortunate incident happened while she was already struggling with flu symptoms, a sore throat and a high fever. Taking a light-hearted approach to the situation, Aima described the injury as the “cherry on top” of an already difficult day and playfully asked her followers to pamper her.

What surprised the singer, however, was the overwhelming response from her supporters. Aima later went live to thank everyone who had contacted her and expressed concern about her health.

During the live session, she admitted that she had never realised how much affection people had for her. She said she received messages from several people, including some she only communicates with occasionally.

Aima clarified that she had simply injured her face after accidentally hitting it against a glass door. She said she wanted to come online personally to thank everyone who had checked on her and prayed for her recovery.

Sharing the live video with her followers, the singer wrote a warm message thanking those who had stood by her during the difficult moment.

She also used the opportunity to offer some personal advice, encouraging her followers to step away from people who are only around during happy times but disappear when things become difficult.

According to Aima, some people may even take advantage of others when they are vulnerable. She urged her followers to recognise and value those who genuinely remain supportive during challenging periods.
