Modi Welcomes US-Iran Understanding for Regional Peace

Islamabad: (Web Desk) Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday welcomed the understanding reached between the United States and Iran to bring an end to months of tensions and conflict in West Asia.

In a statement shared on X, Modi said the agreement was an encouraging development after a prolonged crisis that disrupted global economic activity and resulted in loss of lives across multiple countries. He expressed hope that the implementation of the framework would help restore peace and stability in the region while ensuring uninterrupted navigation and international trade through key maritime routes.
