KP CM Seeks Court Approval To Meet Imran Khan

Sohail Afridi Seeks Imran Khan Consultation Before Budget Finalization

PESHAWAR: (Web Desk) – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi has approached the Islamabad High Court requesting approval to meet Imran Khan ahead of the upcoming provincial budget. He stated that the consultation is necessary because the budget for the next fiscal year has been prepared and requires final endorsement from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf founder.

Speaking outside the court alongside KP Finance Adviser Muzammil Aslam, Afridi emphasized that the mandate of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa belongs to PTI leadership and claimed that the province is being denied its fair share of financial resources. He alleged that federal development allocations have sidelined the province and described it as political discrimination.
