Security Decisions Being Taken Jointly With Military Leadership Says Rana
ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – Rana Sanaullah strongly criticized Imran Khan, saying the founder of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has consistently followed a confrontational approach instead of practicing constructive politics.
Speaking to reporters at Parliament House during an interview a private news channel, Rana Sanaullah stated that Imran Khan himself is responsible for his current political and legal situation due to his own conduct and style of politics.
He added that the future of the PTI founder depends entirely on his own decisions, stressing that no political leader can progress through constant confrontation. Rana Sanaullah also advised Imran Khan to adopt a political approach if he truly considers himself a politician.
Commenting on regional security concerns, the prime minister’s adviser urged Afghanistan to prevent its territory from being used for terrorist activities against Pakistan.

Rana Sanaullah claimed that many terrorist incidents in Pakistan are linked to elements operating from Afghanistan. He alleged that militant training centers exist there and that terrorists cross into Pakistan to carry out attacks.
He further said that security forces have conducted targeted operations against terrorist hideouts and emphasized that national security matters are being addressed jointly by the political and military leadership.
Discussing internal governance, Rana Sanaullah defended Mohsin Naqvi, saying cabinet decisions are made collectively rather than individually. He added that anyone objecting to cabinet decisions should formally raise their concerns through the proper channels.
