US Warns Iran, Military Action Ready Anytime
Secretary Hegseth warned that Iran must make careful decisions
WASHINGTON: (Web Desk) – Speaking alongside US Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth, General Kaine said that strict monitoring and restrictions are being enforced in the Strait of Hormuz. He noted that vessels linked to Iran are being closely watched and any attempt to provide assistance at sea would face action. He added that several ships, including those carrying Iranian oil, have already been forced to turn back.
Secretary Hegseth warned that Iran must make careful decisions, stressing that failure to reach an agreement could lead to renewed military operations. He said the United States maintains overwhelming military capability and remains fully prepared for any escalation.

The US defense chief further claimed that Iran no longer has effective naval control over the Strait of Hormuz and described threats against commercial shipping as unlawful. He added that while Iran’s energy infrastructure has not been entirely destroyed, US actions are significantly restricting its exports.
Hegseth also stated that Washington is closely monitoring Iran’s military activities, including efforts to restore damaged missile systems. He reiterated that the United States would not allow Iran to develop nuclear weapons and emphasized continued enforcement of measures in the Strait of Hormuz until further notice.
