PCB bans Muzarabani from PSL over contract breach
Muzarabani barred from PSL after choosing IPL commitment
LAHORE: (Web Desk) – In Lahore, the Pakistan Cricket Board has taken firm disciplinary action against Blessing Muzarabani for breaching his contractual obligations, ruling him out of the next two editions of the Pakistan Super League.
According to an official statement, the fast bowler has been declared ineligible to participate in the upcoming PSL seasons with immediate effect following a complete disciplinary review.
The board stated that Muzarabani failed to honor the terms of his agreement and did not fulfill his professional commitments, despite previously accepting the conditions laid out in his contract.

Officials further noted that the player chose to prioritize other engagements over his PSL commitments, a move seen as harmful to the league’s discipline and professional standards.
The PCB emphasized that the decision was necessary to uphold the integrity and quality of the tournament, adding that strict adherence to contractual obligations will be enforced for all players moving forward.
Reports indicate that the action was taken after Muzarabani opted to participate in the Indian Premier League despite having signed with the PSL.
