Khalifa Breaks Down Over Beirut Strikes, Says She Was "Broken and Shaken"
Lebanon vs Israel – (Web Desk) – Mia Khalifa is heartbroken. The former adult film star, who has Lebanese roots, broke down in a video she shared on social media. She said she was “broken and shaken” after hearing the latest news from Beirut.
In the video she described what she had seen and heard. She said around 160 strikes hit multiple areas of the Lebanese capital in just 10 minutes. Homes, schools, hospitals, shelters for displaced families and even funeral gatherings were among the places hit.
“Today’s news left me numb,” she said quietly.
Khalifa also pointed something out that clearly upset her. She said public money, including her own tax payments, may be going toward funding the Israeli military operation. That thought visibly weighed on her.
The situation on the ground is devastating. Lebanese health officials say more than 350 people were killed. Over 1,500 others were wounded. All of this happened in just the latest round of strikes following days of rising tensions across the region.
Khalifa further said one of the hospitals she was born in had been reduced to rubble in the bombardment, describing the situation as “one of the hardest things to witness.”
