PM Shehbaz directs swift supply of food to Gulf

ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) – Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has instructed authorities to expedite the supply of food items to Gulf countries amid the ongoing regional situation.

During a high-level meeting chaired by the Prime Minister, officials reviewed Pakistan’s ports, maritime operations, and the strategy for exporting essential food supplies to the Gulf states.

The Prime Minister expressed satisfaction with the plan in place and stressed that all relevant departments must remain vigilant to meet the food requirements of the Gulf countries. He emphasized that in the current regional context, ensuring timely supply is Pakistan’s responsibility and directed swift action to accelerate exports.
