Babar Azam Reaches 15,000 International Runs, Becomes Fifth Pakistani to Achieve Milestone
His impressive record includes 31 centuries and 104 half-centuries in international cricket.
ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s star batter Babar Azam has added another remarkable achievement to his career by completing 15,000 runs in international cricket.
The milestone came during the third ODI against South Africa in Faisalabad, where Babar crossed the 15,000-run mark in his 370th international innings. With this feat, he has become only the fifth Pakistani cricketer to achieve this milestone.
Before Babar, the legendary Inzamam-ul-Haq scored 20,541 runs, Younis Khan made 17,790, Mohammad Yousuf accumulated 17,134, and Javed Miandad scored 16,213 runs across formats.

So far, Babar has scored over 4,366 runs in Test matches, 6,330 runs in One-Day Internationals, and 4,302 runs in T20 Internationals. His impressive record includes 31 centuries and 104 half-centuries in international cricket.
Babar’s consistency and elegant batting continue to make him one of the modern greats of world cricket and a key figure in Pakistan’s batting lineup.
