ISLAMABAD — The Pakistan Blind Cricket Council (PBCC) has announced the names of 20 probable players for the first-ever Women’s Blind Cricket World Cup, scheduled to take place in November 2025 in Nepal and India.
The announcement was made by PBCC Chairman Syed Sultan Shah, who expressed optimism about Pakistan’s preparations and participation in this historic international event.
The final 15-member squad will be officially announced on October 15, 2025, following training camps and performance evaluations.
The list of probable players includes:
Bushra Zahoor, Bisma Hussain, Shamaila Kiran, Ramsha Shabbir, Sameera Malik, Aishal Faisal, Qandeel Fatima, Nusrat Batool, Nimra Rafiq, Eman Arshad, Meerab Ashraf, Hooria Malik, Sadia Khalid, Rabia Javed Hashmi, Maryam Khan, Armine Tariq, Noor Fatima, Mehreen Ali, Nisha Bakes, and Maryam Jahangir.
This marks a major milestone for women’s blind cricket in Pakistan, as the country prepares to make its debut on the international stage with a determined and talented lineup. The PBCC is committed to providing all necessary support to the players to ensure strong representation and competitive performance in the upcoming World Cup.
