Hajj Travelers Get Passports Within a Day

Special desks will be set up at the headquarters and all regional passport offices

Islamabad-In a significant move to facilitate seamless travel for Hajj pilgrims, the Directorate General of Passports has announced a streamlined passport processing system. Starting from the 2025 pilgrimage, pilgrims will receive their passports within an unprecedented 24-hour timeframe.

Director General of Passports Mustafa Jamal Qazi announced the initiative, stating that these special desks will be set up at the headquarters and all regional passport offices.

He further clarified that this expedited service will also be available at Pakistani passport offices worldwide. Pilgrims will receive priority service at these designated counters.

The DG Passports guaranteed that passport delivery will be completed within 24 hours.
