Gold Prices Drop in Pakistan After Steady Increases

Gold prices in Pakistan have dropped today after a series of continuous increases. As reported by the All-Pakistan Sarafa Jewellers Association, the price of gold has decreased by Rs500 per tola due to fluctuations in the international market.

The current price of gold is now Rs283,200 per tola, while the cost for 10 grams has fallen by Rs429, bringing it to Rs242,798.

This decline follows a rise of Rs700 per tola (Rs600 per 10 grams) yesterday, which had pushed prices to record levels of Rs283,700 per tola and Rs243,227 per 10 grams.

Additionally, the international gold price experienced a reduction of $5 per ounce, now settling at $2,736.
