Upper Orakzai-(Special Correspondent): In northwest Pakistan on Tuesday, unidentified gunmen attacked a health office where polio vaccination teams were assembled, resulting in the death of at least one policeman, according to two health department sources.
Multiple polio teams were gathered at the Basic Health Unit in Upper Orakzai, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, one health official reported anonymously, as he was not authorized to speak to the media.
Sources confirmed that two attackers were killed during the incident.
