Dar Predicts Pakistan Will Soon Become the 24th Largest Economic Power

ISLAMABAD – Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar declared that Pakistan is on track to become the 24th largest economy in the world and to lead the Muslim Ummah in the near future.
Dar made this announcement following a ceremonial shawl presentation at the shrine of Hazrat Bari Imam to kick off the annual Urs celebrations.

He noted, Pakistan is expected to reach the status of the 24th economic power soon. Despite a halt in economic progress since 2017, development will soon pick up again, and Pakistan will assume a leadership role among Muslim countries.
