Islamabad: FIA Withdraws Appeal in Sanam Javed Acquittal Case, Court Ends Proceedings, The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has withdrawn its appeal challenging the acquittal of Sanam Javed, leading to the dismissal of the case.
Judge Afzal Majoka of the District and Sessions Court Islamabad presided over the appeal hearing. FIA Prosecutor Sheikh Amir represented the agency in court.
Sanam Javed expressed gratitude during the proceedings, acknowledging the fairness of the judicial process. Judge Majoka responded, emphasizing that his decisions were based solely on the law, not personal bias.
