RAWALPINDI: The threat of dengue continues to loom in Rawalpindi as more 17 cases have been reported in the city.

According to details surfaced on Friday, the measures taken by the health department to curb dengue were not enough. Following the surge in dengue cases, the total number of cases reached 286 since July.

Earlier, few weeks back, it was reported that many cases of dengue larvae being recovered in the city have also been reported. It had been said that the preparations have been made to combat any situation.
