Karachi: In the ongoing Fourth Ramadan Hockey League at the Islahuddin & Dr. Muhammad Ali Shah Hockey Academy, Abdul Waheed Khan XI secured their third consecutive victory in the event by comfortably defeating Zafar Ali Khan XI 2–1.

For the winning side, Usman Ashraf and Muhammad Rohail scored one goal each, while Abdul Wasay scored the lone goal for the losing team.

In the second match, Zakir Ali Khan XI defeated Munawwar‑uz‑Zaman XI in a thrilling and exciting encounter by 4–3.

For the winning team, Kamran Ashraf scored two goals, while Asim Abbasi and Asim Khan scored one goal each. For Munawwar-uz-Zaman XI, Uzair Ahmed scored two goals and Abdul Salam added one.

The chief guest for the matches was Akbar Ali Khan, Chancellor of Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology. He was introduced to the players before the matches.
