US Embassy Cancels All Visa Appointments in Pakistan Until March 20
United States Embassy in Pakistan – (Web Desk) – The United States Embassy in Pakistan has cancelled visa appointments again. The suspension will remain in place until March 20.
In a message shared on the social media platform X on Friday, the embassy said it will still assist US citizens who need routine or emergency services. However, all immigrant and non-immigrant visa appointments have been cancelled until March 20.
Officials did not give further details about the reason for the cancellation. Applicants who had appointments during this period will need to wait for new updates from the embassy.
The statement further said “Affected visa applicants will receive instructions by email on rescheduling their appointments.”
