‘Truck’ caught along with its drivers: Maryam

Nawaz, Shehbaz have saved country every time it passed through crises

Gujaranwala_Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senior Vice President and chief organizer Maryam Nawaz said on Saturday that as always it would be the PML-N which would rid the country of all its problems.
Speaking at the meeting of the party’s office-bearers belonging to the Gujranwala division, she claimed that whenever the country was in a crisis, these were former prime minister Nawaz Sharif and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif came to its rescue.
She said that ‘conspirators’ did not want the country’s economy to recover.
Maryam said this was not for the first time that the PML-N took over when the country was in trouble.
Meanwhile, PML-N Senior Vice President Maryam Nawaz has once again taken a dig at PTI Chairman Imran Khan saying his ‘truck’ has been caught along with its drivers. She said the conspirators want the economy to default but the government will not let it happen.
She was presiding over a meeting of the central organization of Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) Gujranwala division on Saturday.
The senior party leaders including Khawaja Asif, Pervaiz Rashid and PML-N Punjab President Rana Sanaullah, Engineer Khurram Dastgir Khan, Attaullah Tarar and others participated in the meeting.
The meeting appreciated the efficiency of party office bearers and workers for holding the organizational convention in Gujranwala.
Maryam said that Gujranwala was on the forefront whether it’s a fight against fascism or it’s simply an election. She cheered that the Team Gujranwala has given a tough challenge to other party divisions. I hope that all other divisions will accept Gujranwala’s challenge, she sounded optimistic.
She was of the view that the PML-N organizational conventions proved to be an effective means to strengthen and improve the party.
The PML-N leader said that those who wanted to obliterate the PML-N and its identity, had been obliterated themselves by the grace of God.
“Praise be to Allah, the integrity and honesty of our leadership has proved and we have overcome every challenge,” she added.
Maryam said that those who levelled allegations against us, they were hiding their faces now. “Those who have staged a puppet show, have been confined in their homes,” she took a swipe at PTI leaders.
On dire economic situation, she said that it was not for the first time that her party found Pakistan in the mess. “When the country reaches the precipice, Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif have to come for its rescue,” she maintained.
She said that conspirators did not want to see this country to become economically stable. But like always, the Lion (PML-N party symbol) will rid the nation of all the jackals and its problems, she announced.

When she uttered the word ‘truck’, the meeting participants broke into laughter.
The suggestion came after an audiotape purportedly of PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry and his advocate brother Faisal Chaudhry appeared on Friday.
In the tape, Mr Fawad purportedly asked Faisal for arranging a meeting between two judges. He told Faisal to assure the judges that a ‘truck’ stood behind them.
The meeting participants said that Maryam had become voice of the workers.

Chairing a meeting of the central organization of Gujranwala division, Maryam Nawaz said those levelling accusations have now gone into hiding. Those running a ‘puppet show’ have confined themselves to their homes.
She further said this is not the first time the PML-N has inherited the country while it is passing through into tough economic conditions.
Every time the country is trapped in problems, Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif have come to its rescue.
“It is a difficult phase, but with the help of God, the economic crisis will also end like load shedding,” Maryam assured the gathering.
She alleged that the “conspirators” do not want the economy to recover.
On the other hand, Maryam also addressed PML-N’s Gujranwala Youth Wing, and lauded their contribution to the party. She said the future was in their hands.
The PML-N leader also addressed the party’s social media team in Gujranwala. She lauded their work, and shed light on the significance of social media in today’s times.
