Investigation Begins After Three Workers Die from Halwa
DI KHAN: (Web Desk) – Three young labourers lost their lives in a heartbreaking incident in Paloski village, located in Darazanda tehsil of Dera Ismail Khan, on Sunday. According to early information, the workers became seriously ill after consuming halwa while working on a mountainous site. Two of them passed away on the spot, while the third died on the way to the hospital.

The sudden tragedy has left the local community in shock, especially as all three victims belonged to the family of Haji Jamal Khan Karamzai. Hospital officials later confirmed their identities as Sheran Khan, Fatah Muhammad, and Noor Muhammad. Their bodies have been moved to Mufti Mehmood Hospital for post-mortem examinations to determine the exact cause of death. Authorities have begun an investigation, focusing on whether the food consumed was contaminated or unsafe.
