Punjab Government Reduces Court Fees: Latest Update

Lahore- According to a notification, a one-time court fee has been fixed at Rs100 for a certified copy of an order or judgment from a civil court, one-time court fee for a certified copy of an order or judgment from the high court will be Rs500.
– Revision Applications: A one-time court fee of Rs500 for revision applications to the Board of Revenue and Commissioners under the Punjab Tenancy Act 1887, and Rs500 for revision applications in the High Court under CPC Section 15.
Applications: Court fees have been reduced from Rs100 to Rs10 for applications in Customs, Excise, Land Revenue, and Civil Court cases with values less than Rs10,000.
Court Revenue or Rent Applications: The court fee has been reduced from Rs500 to Rs10.
Case Transfer Requests: The court fee for requests to transfer a case to a court or authority is now Rs100, down from Rs500. For case transfer requests in the high court, the fee is Rs200.
Subpoena Requests: A court fee of Rs10 will be charged for requests for a subpoena.
Affidavit or Power of Attorney Submission: The court fee is now Rs100 for submission of an affidavit or power of attorney in Civil, Criminal Court, and Revenue Court. For filing an affidavit in high court or Board of Revenue, the fee has been reduced from Rs500 to Rs200.
Lawyer’s Letter: The court fee has been completely abolished.
– Injunction Applications: The court fee has been reduced from Rs500 to Rs10.
