Punjab Boards Finalize Tentative Matric Result Announcement Dates

Lahore: (Web Desk) Punjab’s educational boards have tentatively finalized the schedule for announcing matriculation examination results across the province, bringing clarity for thousands of students awaiting their outcomes.

According to reports, Class 10 matric results are expected to be announced on August 6, while Class 9 results are likely to be released on September 2 after consultations among all educational boards in Punjab.

Officials said discussions regarding examination timelines and result dates have been successfully completed, and a consensus has been reached on the proposed schedule for matric students.

During the meetings, boards also suggested that the second annual matriculation examinations across Punjab should begin from October 6, 2026, allowing students additional opportunities to improve their results.

The report added that the final approval of the examination and result schedule is expected soon. Once officially confirmed, students will be able to check their results online as well as through their respective board offices.

Authorities further stated that after the schedule receives formal approval, the admission timetable for the second annual matric examinations 2026 will also be announced in the coming days.
