PTI Decides to Empower Mehmood Khan Achakzai for Political Negotiations

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has entrusted Pashtun Khawa Milli Awami Party chief Mehmood Khan Achakzai with full authority to engage in political negotiations, as per sources within the party’s senior leadership.

Sources reveal that PTI has advised initiating talks under the banner of the Tehreek-e-Takhufuz Constitution of Pakistan. Mehmood Khan Achakzai will lead negotiations with political leaders, with consultations planned to define negotiation terms and procedures beforehand.

The negotiation agenda will prioritize securing consensus among all stakeholders on key issues, including the release of political figures and election process transparency. Constitutional boundaries concerning the judiciary, parliament, and state institutions will also feature prominently in the negotiation points.
