PTA Initiates Crackdown on Illegal SIMs, Begins Blocking Process

ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) has initiated the process of blocking illegal SIM cards. Beginning Friday, the first phase involves deactivating fake SIMs and those linked to canceled ID cards.
