PTI Leader Omar Ayub Khan Asserts Commitment to Economic Reforms
Islamabad: In a recent statement, PTI leader Omar Ayub Khan emphasized the party’s dedication to implementing crucial economic reforms, highlighting the shortcomings of the previous PDM government in this regard. Khan underscored that PTI is uniquely positioned to drive meaningful reforms, emphasizing the need for proper utilization of loans from financial institutions.
Addressing the current state of affairs in the house, Khan referred to Article 51 of the constitution, emphasizing the importance of adherence to legal frameworks. He expressed gratitude to the nation for the mandate given to PTI and stressed the party’s commitment to upholding the law and rules.
However, concerns were raised regarding the absence of some women members during the oath-taking process. Khan highlighted the challenges faced by PTI members, including those in jail, and emphasized the importance of their presence in the house.
Furthermore, PTI’s Barrister Gohar raised allegations of election rigging, referring to it as a violation of democratic principles. He emphasized the significance of upholding the people’s mandate and ensuring the legitimacy of elected representatives in the house.

Sardar Latif Khosa echoed similar sentiments, stressing that only those who won in the February 8 elections should have the authority to govern. He called for the return of the people’s mandate to duly elected representatives, underscoring the importance of democratic principles in the functioning of the house.
