Possible fuel prices in Gulf countries revealed for 2026

These rates will remain in effect from January 1 to March 31, 2026.

DUBAI: As 2026 begins, Gulf countries are setting the stage for fuel prices, with Kuwait maintaining its current rates while the UAE braces for a possible increase.

Kuwait has fixed premium petrol at 85 fils per liter, regular petrol at 105 fils, and diesel and kerosene at 115 fils. Ultra (98 octane) petrol will be priced at 200 fils per liter.

These rates will remain in effect from January 1 to March 31, 2026.

Meanwhile, most Gulf states follow a liberalized fuel pricing system tied to global oil market fluctuations.
