PML-N has always served masses with ‘great honesty’: Shehbaz Sharif

Lahore _Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif hoped on Monday that inflation will slow down in the country.
The ex-lawmakers called on the former prime minister in Lahore. Prominent among those who attended the meeting were Sheikh Waseem, Saad Waseem, and Chaudhry Illyas. On this occasion, the matter in line with the return of PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif on October 21 was underscored.
Shehbaz hoped that the ‘’golden era’’ of Nawaz Sharif was about to return soon. He asserted: “No one is having more sympathies with the masses with the exception of the PML-N, led by Nawaz Sharif.”
‘’The PML-N had always spoken truth and served the masses with great honesty,’’ he stated.
Few days back, Shehbaz Sharif said that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif will unveil the ”agenda” for taking the country out of the economic hardships.
Shehbaz held a meeting with the representatives of the Traders Association in Lahore. On the occasion, Shehbaz said, ‘’The political stability and right economic policies can pave the way for the economic revival and the country’s prosperity.’’
The former prime minister went on to say that the PML-N had always prioritised the country over politics. It is important to not repeat the mistakes that created the barriers to reviving the economy and controlling inflation.’’Moreover, the traders’ community had apprised Shehbaz of their concerns due to the economic crunch. They stated, ‘’The previous four years were challenging in terms of economic situation.’’

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Chief Organiser Maryam Nawaz said on Monday that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif had a “track record” of taking the country out of quagmire.
Maryam held a meeting with the members of the union council and the party workers. On this occasion, the preparations in line with the return of Nawaz Sharif were reviewed. Maryam had consulted with the party workers and took the recommendations.
She compared the current country’s situation with 2017, saying, ‘’What was the country’s situation when Nawaz Sharif was ousted in 2017? But now where is the country standing right now?”
“After six years, when Nawaz Sharif tells the masses the truth, he will expose all the fake propaganda and narratives”. Nawaz Sharif and his family and party were subjected to the fake propaganda and baseless cases,’’ Maryam stated.
‘’The masses are facing the burden of Nawaz Sharif’s ouster. After the disqualification of Nawaz Sharif, the country had to face consequences in terms of development, peace, and prosperity’’.
She hoped that the country would witness prosperity following the return of Nawaz Sharif on October 21.
Few days back, Maryam Nawaz reiterated that former prime minister Nawaz Sharif will steer the country out of the quagmire.
She presided over the consultative meeting of the party’s minority wing. The PML-N leaders and representatives from the Christian, Sikh, and Hindu communities attended the meeting.
On the occasion, Maryam said, ‘’Nawaz Sharif is coming to steer the country out of the economic crunch. The good days are coming for the country on October 21’’

Addressing the party workers in Rawalpindi on Monday, PML-N leader Chaudhry Tanvir rued, ‘’Whenever the country leads to prosperity, it is harmed.’’ Recalling Nawaz Sharif’s ouster, he said, ‘’Nawaz Sharif was disqualified for not taking salary from the son.’’
He recounted the events that transpired on May 9, saying, ‘’The nation demands the accountability of those who attacked the military installations. We could sacrifice our lives for the sake of the country’s defence.
‘’The PML-N workers love Nawaz Sharif. We want to see the same situation in the country as it was in 2017.” Chaudhry Tanvir added.
PML-N senior leader Rana Sanaullah said on Tuesday that the party’s legal team was prepared to secure former premier Nawaz Sharif’s protective bail.
Addressing a press conference in Lahore, Sanaullah lashed out at the political opponents, saying, ‘‘The country would not have been dragged into the quagmire if the politicians were not subjected to the political vendetta during the tenure of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).’’
‘’Even if we keep nabbing people, it will be a big injustice to the country. Those who had subjected us to the political vendetta, we did not forget them,’’ he added.
Speaking about the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), the former interior minister said: ‘’This is not a big deal that the PPP is making statements against the PML-N to garner votes.’
Last week, PML-N stalwart Mohammad Zubair said on Thursday that the party workers wanted to see Nawaz Sharif as the country’s premier for the fourth time.
Addressing a press conference in Karachi, Mr Zubair made it clear that the PML-N supremo’s return to the country was on October 21.
He said, “The journey of development in the country that ended in 2017 will be restarted again”.
“Nawaz Sharif, who was voted to power as the country’s premier three times, was ousted,” Mr Zubair rued.
He took a jibe at the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), saying, “The PPP-led government had a flop show in Sindh. We will contest against the PPP with great verve.”
Taking a swipe at the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief, he said, “It was harmful for the country to see the PTI chief intact as the prime minister.”
