PM Shehbaz to Undertake Official Visit to the United Arab Emirates on June 12

Islamabad, June 11, 2025 — Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif will embark on an official visit to the United Arab Emirates on June 12, 2025, underscoring the enduring and fraternal ties between Pakistan and the UAE.

Accompanied by a high-level delegation that includes Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar, several federal ministers, and senior officials, the Prime Minister’s visit aims to further enhance bilateral relations and explore new avenues of cooperation between the two countries.

During the visit, Prime Minister Sharif is scheduled to hold high-level talks with the UAE leadership, including a bilateral meeting with the President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. Discussions will focus on a wide range of issues spanning bilateral, regional, and global developments of mutual interest.

The visit is expected to reinforce the strategic partnership between Pakistan and the UAE, with particular emphasis on deepening economic cooperation and fostering collaboration across diverse sectors such as trade, investment, energy, and technology.

“This visit reflects the shared commitment of both nations to building on their historic relationship and taking their strategic partnership to new heights,” a government statement said.
