PHC Grants One-Month Transit Bail to Omar Ayub, Orders No Arrest

Peshawar – The Peshawar High Court has granted a one-month transit bail to PTI leader and Opposition Leader in the National Assembly, Omar Ayub.

The hearing of Omar Ayub’s transit bail petition was held before Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim. During the proceedings, the petitioner’s lawyer argued that a case had been registered against Omar Ayub at Islamabad’s Ramna police station. The lawyer added that Ayub wishes to appear in the relevant courts but fears arrest, hence requesting transit bail.
