Inductees Express Gratitude and Reflect on Memorable Career Highlights
ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the induction of four legendary players — Mushtaq Muhammad, Inzamamul Haq, Saeed Anwar, and Misbahul Haq — into its Hall of Fame for 2024, in recognition of their exceptional contributions to Pakistani cricket.
PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi expressed pride in honouring these iconic cricketers, whose achievements have inspired generations. “Their dedication and impact on the game are unparalleled,” Naqvi said.
The four inductees shared their joy at the recognition. Inzamam recalled his memorable performances, including the 1992 World Cup and a triple century. Anwar expressed gratitude, highlighting his unforgettable 194-run innings against India. Misbah reflected on his leadership successes, particularly the 2009 T20 World Cup and the 2014 Test victories over Australia. Mushtaq, a pioneer of Pakistan cricket, noted his pride in being part of the country’s cricketing legacy.

The PCB Hall of Fame, established in 2021, recognizes players for their exceptional careers and contributions to international cricket.
