Partly Cloudy Weather Continues Across Karachi Today

KARACHI: (Web Desk) – Partly cloudy conditions continued to prevail in Karachi on Thursday as residents experienced a mix of sunshine and cloud cover throughout the day.

According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, the city is expected to remain relatively hot and humid, with a possibility of light drizzle during the late-night and early-morning hours.

The minimum temperature recorded in Karachi was 29.5 degrees Celsius, while the daytime temperature stood at around 31 degrees Celsius during the morning hours.

Meteorological officials reported that humidity levels remained high at 72 percent, contributing to muggy weather conditions across the city.

Southwesterly winds were blowing at a speed of approximately 15 kilometres per hour, providing some relief from the humid atmosphere.

The Met Office forecast that the maximum temperature in Karachi is likely to range between 34 and 36 degrees Celsius later in the day.

Residents have been advised to stay hydrated and take necessary precautions while spending extended periods outdoors, particularly during peak afternoon hours when temperatures are expected to rise further.
