Pakistan & UK – (Web Desk) – Pakistan’s High Commissioner to the UK Dr. Mohammad Faisal met with IMO Secretary-General Arsenio Dominguez at the International Maritime Organization Secretariat in London.
The IMO chief appreciated Pakistan for its tireless diplomatic efforts in brokering a ceasefire and hosting critical negotiations between the United States and Iran in Islamabad.
He also sought Pakistan’s continued support in developing an exit mechanism for vessels and seafarers stranded in the Strait of Hormuz, amid ongoing regional tensions.
