Pakistan Vows National Unity Against Afghan Taliban-Sponsored Terror Attacks

Terrorism From Afghanistan Spurs Pakistan’s Call For National Solidarity

ISLAMABAD: (News Desk) – Recent acts of terrorism originating from Afghanistan, including the attack on a Frontier Constabulary convoy in Bannu, the martyrdom of DSP Asad Mahmood in Shakardara, Kohat, and the suicide bombing in Bhakkar, are being condemned as blatant acts of aggression against the State of Pakistan.

Authorities stated that these attacks, carried out during the holy month of Ramadan, demonstrate that the perpetrators have no affiliation with Islam or Pashtun traditions. Innocent human lives are being sacrificed to advance destructive and self-serving ideologies.

Despite Pakistan’s repeated calls for the Afghan Taliban regime to halt its support for Fitna al-Khawarij and take action against such elements, officials say the regime’s continued hostility amounts to a direct challenge to Pakistan’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Pakistan has pledged to respond to this aggression with full national resolve and unity. Security forces, supported by the public, remain determined to neutralize all threats to national security.

Officials stressed that confronting this terrorism requires rising above political divisions, with national security, citizen safety, and the protection of property taking precedence over political or individual interests. The suppression of the Khawarij, identified as enemies of humanity and Islam, remains a top priority.

The sacrifices of security and law enforcement personnel defending Pakistan’s internal and external frontiers are acknowledged, with the nation’s solidarity and support underpinning their efforts.

Authorities affirmed that these terrorists, acting at the direction of external sponsors, will ultimately be defeated through national cohesion, collective honor, and enduring resolve. Insha’Allah.
