Karachi: Pakistan’s national snooker team triumphed over arch-rival India with a decisive 3-0 victory to secure a place in the semi-finals of the Asian 15 Red Snooker Championship.
According to reports from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the Pakistani team, consisting of cueists Asjad Iqbal and Owais Munir, comfortably defeated India in the quarter-finals.
The victorious team won the first frame 63-35, followed by a dominant 75-22 victory in the second frame. They sealed their win with a commanding 70-6 performance in the third frame, leaving India with no chance of recovery.
In the semi-finals, Pakistan will face Hong Kong.
