RAWALPINDI: Pakistan won the toss and chose to bat in the fourth match of the ongoing Tri-Nation T20 Series in Rawalpindi.
After winning the toss, Pakistan captain Salman Ali Agha said the pitch looked excellent, which is why he decided to bat first. He added that the team had no intention of taking Zimbabwe lightly. Salman highlighted that the team delivered a complete and balanced performance in the previous match and hoped to maintain the same momentum. Smiling, he shared that he is playing on his birthday for the first time, but his focus remains on giving his best performance, regardless of the occasion.
On the other hand, Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza said his team aims to challenge every major side in the tournament. He noted that their first match against Pakistan went very well, and the result also reflected that performance. Raza said he preferred bowling first to test his side under pressure.
