Pakistan High Commission London Launches Digital Property Transfer Service

Islamabad: (Staff Reporter) – The Pakistan High Commission in London has launched a digital property transfer facility, enabling overseas Pakistanis to complete property transactions without travelling to Pakistan or relying on intermediaries.

In a statement posted on social media platform X, the High Commission said the initiative supports the Prime Minister’s vision of expanding digital consular services and improving facilities for Pakistanis living abroad.

Under the new system, overseas Pakistanis transferring property in Punjab will no longer need to appoint a Power of Attorney, agent, or any third party. Instead, they can complete the transfer directly through a secure digital platform at the Pakistan High Commission in London.

The mission said the service is designed to make property transactions more transparent, efficient, cost-effective, and convenient while saving applicants both time and travel expenses.

The High Commission also announced the successful completion of its first digital property transfer for Mr. Fazal and his family, describing it as a significant milestone in enhancing services for the Pakistani diaspora.

Officials reaffirmed the mission’s commitment to supporting overseas Pakistanis through digital property transfers and other modern consular services.
